پذیرش
با ساخت حساب یا ادامه استفاده از تی‌بنی این قوانین را می‌پذیرید. ثبت‌نام با ایمیل فقط وقتی کامل می‌شود که گزینه «قوانین و مقررات را می‌پذیرم» را زده باشید. ساخت حساب با گوگل هم به معنی پذیرش همین صفحه است.
حساب شما
اطلاعات ثبت‌نام باید متعلق به خودتان و تا حد لازم درست باشد. نگهداری رمز و هر فعالیتی که با حساب شما انجام شود بر عهده شماست. اگر گمان می‌کنید شخص دیگری وارد حساب شده، رمز را عوض کنید و از داخل استودیو گزارش بدهید.
استفاده مجاز
- از استودیو برای محتوای غیرقانونی، فریب، یا نقض حقوق دیگران استفاده نکنید
- محتوای جنسی مربوط به کودکان، تهدید، و بدافزار ممنوع است
- دور زدن محدودیت کردیت، فشار عمدی به سرویس، و جمع‌آوری داده دیگران ممنوع است
- خروجی مدل را پیش از انتشار عمومی خودتان بررسی کنید. شباهت ناخواسته به اثر دیگران ممکن است پیش بیاید
کردیت و طرح‌ها
هر طرح، کردیت و سقف تولید مشخصی دارد. ساخت متن، تصویر، ویدیو و موسیقی از کردیت کم می‌کند. کردیت مصرف‌شده برنمی‌گردد، مگر در مواردی که شرایط بازگشت پول گفته است. طرح رایگان هزینه‌ای ندارد. طرح پولی تا وقتی پرداختش تأیید نشده فعال نمی‌شود.
مالکیت
نام تی‌بنی، رابط استودیو و خود نرم‌افزار متعلق به تی‌بنی است. پرامپت و خروجی‌ای که با حساب خودتان می‌سازید برای استفاده شماست، مگر اینکه حق شخص دیگری را نقض کند یا مدل شخص ثالث شرط جداگانه‌ای داشته باشد. با عمومی کردن اثر در گالری، به تی‌بنی اجازه می‌دهید همان اثر را در گالری و ویترین سایت نشان دهد. این اجازه با برداشتن اثر از حالت عمومی برای نمایش‌های بعدی پایان می‌یابد.
ماهیت هوش مصنوعی
خروجی‌ها ممکن است نادرست، تکراری یا غیرمنتظره باشند. تی‌بنی درستی حقوقی، واقعی یا هنری آن‌ها را تضمین نمی‌کند و مسئول تصمیم‌هایی نیست که فقط بر اساس خروجی مدل گرفته می‌شود.
توقف دسترسی
اگر این قوانین نقض شود می‌توانیم تولید را متوقف کنیم، اثر عمومی را برداریم، یا حساب را ببندیم. در حد امکان دلیل را از همان حساب به شما می‌گوییم.
مسئولیت
سرویس به همان شکلی که در دسترس است ارائه می‌شود. تا جایی که قانون اجازه بدهد، تی‌بنی مسئول زیان غیرمستقیم ناشی از خروجی مدل، از دست رفتن کردیت مصرف‌شده طبق همین قوانین، یا قطعی موقت سرویس نیست.
اعتبار بندها
اگر یک بند قابل اجرا نباشد، بقیه بندها سر جایشان می‌مانند. سوال درباره این صفحه را از Report a problem داخل استودیو بفرستید.
Acceptance
Creating an account or continuing to use TBeni means you accept these terms. Email signup is complete only after you check “I accept the terms.” Signing up with Google also accepts this page.
Your account
Registration details must be yours and accurate enough to use the service. You are responsible for the password and for activity under your login. If you think someone else signed in, change the password and report it from inside the studio.
Allowed use
- Do not use the studio for illegal content, deception, or infringement
- Sexual content involving children, threats, and malware are forbidden
- Bypassing credit limits, deliberately stressing the service, and collecting other people’s data are forbidden
- Review a model output yourself before you publish it. Unintended similarity to someone else’s work can happen
Credits and plans
Each plan has its own credits and generation limits. Text, image, video, and music generation spends credits. Spent credits are not returned, except where the refund terms say otherwise. The free plan has no charge. A paid plan stays inactive until its payment is confirmed.
Ownership
The TBeni name, the studio interface, and the software belong to TBeni. Prompts and outputs you create with your account are yours to use, unless they infringe someone else’s rights or a third-party model has its own terms. Publishing a work in the gallery lets TBeni show that work in the gallery and on the site. That permission ends for later displays when you unpublish it.
Nature of AI
Outputs can be wrong, repetitive, or unexpected. TBeni does not guarantee their legal, factual, or artistic accuracy and is not responsible for decisions made only from a model output.
Stopping access
If these terms are broken we may stop generation, remove a public work, or close the account. When we can, we tell you the reason from that same account.
Liability
The service is provided as available. Where the law allows, TBeni is not liable for indirect loss from a model output, for credits spent under these terms, or for a temporary outage.
